The Perry Family IV: Week Seven

Last Time: Hugh started college off with no one, but the ROS event led him to have a one night stand with Adèle that soon developed into a real relationship. Once he graduated, he invited her to move into an apartment with him.

Well, since these two live in an apartment, it's impossible to have a yard sale (I think - to be honest, I never really tried), so I focused on the big event: tying the knot! In the back, there was some drama happening with their new neighbors, but these two only had eyes for each other.





Hugh decided to celebrate by heading to the pool at the back of the apartment, frolicking amongst flowers.





Not so surprising - a little one is on the way, and of course, it'll be a Perry thanks to the recent wedding!



Adèle: Why did we need to christen that damn bed?!







Wedded bliss is cute, but also a bit boring. Oh well, at least these two are happy together.





You know you two already have a baby on the way, right?



Speaking of that baby...



Adèle gave birth to a male mini-me in the form of Nolan Perry.







More cute, yet not eventful, life, now with a new baby to occupy my attention.



This looks exciting - wait, why aren't you concerned, Hugh?



Ah, it's just Adèle on her way to work. This branch of the Perrys have a pretty charmed, boring life.



Drama? After all, Hugh is a Romance Sim...



For all my complaining about nothing really happening, I do like capturing this quiet moments of family life.



And say goodbye to baby Nolan, because he's now a toddler. Hmm, wonder if he'll get that cute little bump in his nose as he gets older.

Ooh, he does have that bump! He's not all Adèle.



An easy life means that Hugh has a lot of time to spend in the apartment gym when he's not being cute with his son.



They also use the public hot tub, even though that means swooning neighbors pop in to watch them.



Seriously, get your own hot tub, you horny kids.



Yep, these two only have eyes for each other.



Hmm, I was really hoping that this might be our first family with an only child so that we didn't have to keep growing so rapidly, but it looks like Nolan will have a little brother or sister next week. Let's just hope that Hugh's quad genes don't pass on...



Well, this is a cute family, at least.



Why are you alone out in the hall, Nolan? Where are your parents?



Of course. And why yes, this is another public place again. You two have your own apartment, you know.



And don't worry, the neighbors swoon over both Perrys.



*sigh* Nolan, just go find a toy and not watch your parents defile that couch that's meant for EVERYONE.



I mean really, can you not traumatize such a cutie?



Yeah, they apparently don't care that much.



Adèle: This again?
You did this to yourself, Adèle - I didn't want to have another kid.



And so we say goodbye to this nice, small family that refuses to stay small. Maybe things will get a lot more chaotic with a second child next week?

Notes:
- I really need to start actually doing this ROS events, and not just when I feel like it.
- Adèle and Hugh are both Romance sims, but neither have really been interested in doing romantic things other than with each other. We'll have to wait and see if that changes, especially with all the neighbors constantly swooning over them.
