A new project! If you saw my recent post, I finally jumped on the Simblr bandwagon and made one, and it was on there that I decided to follow another bandwagon and do the 100 Baby Challenge! It's a challenge where, obviously, you try to have one hundred babies from one (poor, poor) Sim. My rules are mostly based on [livejournal.com profile] sunnyskysx's rules, which can be found here, but you can see my slightly adjusted rules on my Simblr. Anyway, on with the baby fun!

Meet the lovely Hayley Médias! She's the poor Sim who will have to have 100 babies over the course of her enhanced-adulthood (thanks to the Elixir of Life!). Her last name is French for "media" because I decided to go with a TV naming scheme - namely, everyone is named after characters and actors from shows I like because I like so many TV shows that I'm unlikely to run out of names after one adult and 100 babies. Anyway, Hayley is named after Hayley Marshall from The Originals, a show from the CW that's about vampires, witches, werewolves, and a few unfortunate humans - yes, this is the type of show that I tend to enjoy, and I really don't care because it's so entertaining! So, yeah, the first batch of children are going to come from this show.

So, who is Hayley, you ask? Well, Hayley is romance Sim, 6.5.8.3.3. (which makes her a Scorpio like me!), who likes werewolves covered in makeup but not zombies (with or without makeup).

I'm not quite sure why, but I just love her so much! She looks so adorable and I just can't wait to see what her children will look like!

Since she doesn't have a job yet, Hayley has to do whatever it takes to earn money from all of the children that are going to be growing up and moving out over the next many, many weeks. But no pressure or anything...

But look, a job in the career that is her LTW! Maybe life won't be so dark and bleak and poor!

But before we worry about jobs and promotions and such, Hayley needs to find the first father/mother of her first children! Since Hayley lives in a business district of Belladonna Cove, she gets to go to one of its cute little coffee shops so that I can be lazy and not have to build something in Gaia Falls (her neighborhood). Hayley certainly doesn't seem to care about my laziness, so yay!

This is the man who caught her eye - and, if you've been following this journal for a very long time, you'll recognize him as Erick Dasani from my long-running (for me, anyway), Dasani legacy that I still have and swear I will try to update soon-ish, so that'll be interesting! I'm pretty sure Erick is married, but he's a spare and I've never really been that interested in playing him, so I really don't care that much.

Luckily they hit it off right away!

She had to go home before anything could really happen, but he was all too happy to come over as soon as she picked up the phone.

Hayley wasted no time in getting started on the challenge, which Erick was perfectly happy to help with...

Once he was gone, though, Hayley got started on the next important part of this challenge - studying the cooking skill so that she could make cheesecake and move the twin train along without any cheats!

But Hayley's studying is interrupted when she has to head to work. Unfortunately this is the only time you're going to see her going to work because she later had to quit when she had too many children and not enough time to leave them alone without the social worker showing up. Maybe she'll be able to try again for this job when she's in the 90s (kids, not age, obviously).

Even though it's a little too soon for Hayley to worry about the second father, when this guy (Balder Ragna, a Sim who's married to one of the many copies of the VDSL founder that I have roaming in this game - does anyone else remember that legacy challenge?) came home from work with her, I knew that she just had to start bonding already in the hopes that she would be ready for the next set of children!

Even though Hayley still has a job, she still needs more money and turns to her yard, which is full of treasures and trash alike.

Once she was done with that, though, it was time to have some (burnt) cheesecake! As adorable as Hayley is and as much fun as I'm having following her around, I want her to have tons of adorable little babies soon as well!
Oh, and apparently I forgot to take any pictures and stick Hayley into a maternity outfit, but she's currently pregnant, so there's a clock on that cheesecake!

While Hayley was busy growing his children, Erick popped by for a short little visit. Isn't that sweet?

And will you look at that - it's baby time already!
And she's adorable even when she's mad at me for putting her through this - isn't that sweet?

Look, a baby! This is probably a sight that's going to get old eventually, but right now it's all new and exciting! And look, genetic diversity - this baby looks like a mini-Erick! Of course, if no one looks like Hayley, then I'm going to be sad.

Yay, there is some diversity! I went ahead and aged them all up (there are twins!) because I don't feel like dealing with babies with this challenge, despite the name. Anyway, this is Niklaus, who looks like a mini-Hayley and thus is completely adorable!

And here's the mini-Erick, lil' Rebekah!

The next day, Hayley called Balder over so that she could get started off the next batch of children - again, her partner didn't seem to mind being used at all...

And he sure works quickly - we already have an invisi-bump (and I was a bit busy teaching toddlers their various skills)!

I continue to be too busy to take pictures, so it's already time for Hayley to give birth (and I may have sped up her pregnancy - can't remember for sure)!

Here's another baby who appears to have inherited genes from Hayley!

This is Daniel, who got a mixture of genetics from Balder and Hayley...

...and this is Elijah, who looks more like Hayley, which I definitely approve!

The older twins also finally learned all their skills (except learning nursery rhymes because I didn't remember that I had to do that!), so they grew up as well! Here is Niklaus, who looks very adorable (I'm sorry for overusing that word but I can't help it!)...

...and here's Rebekah! She definitely looks like Erick, from her hair and eye color to her nose and mouth. I'm very excited to see how many children have genetic differences and such, so it's nice seeing two twins already who look so different!

- So, there are currently four children from two parents/pregnancies.
- The namesakes are Hayley, Niklaus, Rebekah, Elijah (all characters from The Originals), and Daniel Gilles (an actor).
