Last Time: Zoe blossomed into a frightening little child before becoming a frightening teenager at the end. One of her cousins was inspired by her example - Ira is also a frightening child, but he at least has a soft spot for his sweet twin, Kevin. Neve had inappropriate conversations with her nephew, but she showed how lucky she was when she got the children into private school fairly easily. Melody and Moss grew up and our current heirs, Eb and Marley, were just kind of there. I also apparently wrote done the wrong names for the twins - Ira is the purple-haired, scary twin while Kevin is the black-haired, sweet one. Oops?

Zoe: What IS this disgusting thing?
It's rotten and you are an idiot.

Zoe: Oh my god, what have I put into the temple that is my body?

Zoe: Eh, nothing else to eat in this house.
You deserve everything that happens to you.

Random picture because I want to admire the landing I made that shows off the first floor.

Zoe
: If I master the art of chess, taking over the family and the world will be a lot easier.
As long as it gets you scholarship money, I'm all for it.

I thought you were mean, not dumb, Ira.
Ira: I'm trying to get the social workers to come and freak out Dad and Dad.
Ah, so you're actually terrifying. Go get some warm food and blankets, you terror.

There is more than one bathroom in this large house, as well as many places to hang out, but sure, everyone crowd into this one little room, it's super easy to take pictures in here.

Melody puts her cooking skills from her job into good use making sure that her family doesn't starve and actually gets non-food-poisoning-inducing food once in a while.

Neve: Ooh, what are they talking about?
Leave them alone - you already have a husband and we're not going to have homewrecking in-laws anymore (even if no one has actually succeeded yet).

Um, I don't think that's where the stairs are...

Why yes, Zoe did have to go to school while sick - but look, it healed her!
Zoe: I have plans for you.
Good thing you're just a bunch of pixelated data that I get to control.

It's birthday time! Get ready for THREE teenagers.

*SPARKLE*

Neve: Everyone is getting big! I'm so shocked!
Yes, Neve does know how aging works, why do you ask?

Ira: Yeah, you dig my purple hair? Want to see if anything else is purple?
I think I preferred you as a little terror.

Also, maybe check out what's going on behind you and LEAVE THE ROOM.

Here's an aged-up Kevin.

Fortune Sim

Pleasure

Melody: Just pay attention to me and don't watch your dads eat each other's faces.

I don't think that's a good game to play with Ira, Lee. I think you might wake up with bruises tomorrow.

Kevin: Heard any new music lately, Zo? I keep trying to drown out the sound of our parents, but nothing has really worked lately.

Zoe: Of course - I'm getting ready to record the sounds of people screaming apologies as I fill their beds with itching powder for daring to call me Zo.
Kevin: Um, I think I'll just ask Ira.

Kevin wants to be a little over-achiever, so he needs a nice after-school job. Of course, he reaches the top after just a day or two working - when you're actually doing a good job instead of being terrifying, you get a lot done.

Melody: I just made a gourmet meal - why is that idiot raiding the fridge for milk?
Because you have all the brains in the family, my dear, dear Melody.

Melody
: Urgh, what IS that noise?

Oh, just your beloved grandson's mangling of Chopsticks.

Easy to see all the family resemblance, huh?

Zoe: There's no reason to eat like an animal.
She might have scary plans filling that pretty head of hers, but she also has manners, damn it.

This is Elijah Médias, one of the few sims born in my 100 Baby Challenge before I kind of gave up on it. As a pleasure sim, Ira is interested in finding some nice dates to occupy his time, so he got in touch with Elijah.

Elijah: Oh, you're interested in me?

Ira: Eh, not really.
Great first impression.

Ira: You probably don't even want to talk to me, anyway - there are freaking ghosts in this house!
Elijah: Yeah, you aren't helping your case much, dude.

Kevin: Doing great, brother of mine.
You're supposed to be the smart one, Kevin - he is not doing well AT ALL.

Ira apparently also read the situation wrong - he thought he was about to get lucky in his dead great-grandparents' bed, but Elijah never joined him. Hmm, wonder why?

Moss put on a little weight, but I think it makes him look like a cute little grandpa with a jiggly belly ala Santa Clause or something.

I don't know why people keep trying to play this game with Ira, although maybe he's mellowing out in his old age?

Nope. Run, Marley, save yourself!

Elijah was stupid enough to come over again, and this time Zoe entertained him with a game of chess.

Yeah, I really don't think you should come visit again, at least not with this generation, Elijah.

Since she ran off her last partner, Zoe roped her grandmother into playing chess with her. It's interesting watching these two attempt to outmaneuver each other. Real opponents.

Not surprised.

Not to worry about Ira - he quickly moved onto another unnaturally-hued sim, Sydney Havenford.

No, YOU'RE the one obsessed with Sydney - I'm just posting pictures for all you because I'm such a nice person.

In the next updates, we get more teenage hijinks before our three sims of generation six go off to college.

Notes:
- I actually have about 200 pictures worth of playing already done, up to the next heir welcoming the next generation, so I have a good feeling about the new few updates actually going up in a timely manner. Only time will tell, of course.
