College II: Week Five

From the round-up of Week Four: Remy Perry moved into a very colorful dorm along with her boyfriend, Percy Quigley, and loner Eve Pleasant.
small event: Paint - paint 6 paintings and see what the public thinks of your talents
big event: nothing - the week goes on like normal

Remy Perry is finally on her own and no longer shuttling between her mother and father's house, along with...

her boyfriend, Percy Quigley, who was upgraded to official citizen rather than townie!

Tagging along is Eve Pleasant, who doesn't really know anyone and just got thrown in with these two because there's room. Maybe she'll ge interesting now?

Remy and Percy quickly try out the hot tub, because why not?

Remy isn't just content with woohooing in the hot tub, though.

Percy, meanwhile, just wants to cheat his way to good grades. Percy is definitely a Fortune Sim.

Even though they've never met before, Eve and Remy got off to a bad start. This boads well, doesn't it?

Eve is more interested in romance now that she's at college, though, rather than starting girl fights with her dormmate. This is the blue-hued Shane Henley.

They quickly hit it off...

...really hit it off, which is great for poor Eve, who had a pretty poor teenagerhood. She deserves a cute guy!

I was going to yell at these two for ignoring perfectly good beds, but I don't think I actually got them beds - oops.

Once they both woke up, Remy decided that it was high time for them to finally make a commitment since they've been dating forever.

Never mind, Remy is back to her adorable, blue self.

Eve is quick to try out the hot tub as well - honestly, it's surprising that this isn't a more popular spot.

There was plenty of studying, despite all the romancing.
Percy: Literature
Eve: Philsophy
Remy: Biology

Eve is really growing

Eve: Why is this old man trying to make me exercise? Can't he see that I'm being a good student right now?
Nope, he's too busy being jealous of you young students and trying to act out his jealousy, or something.

Eve: Aren't you engaged?
Remy: Yep! Why on earth should that mean that I have to ignore the llama when he's in a dancing mood, though?
Eve: Hmm, makes sense.
I'm glad to see that these two are getting along now - I don't know what that was earlier.

Not getting along? These two - I have no idea who won, but it certainly wasn't us.

Congrats, Percy, you learned a lesson without going to class.
Hey, at least the lightning didn't get your engagement ring!

See? So much studying - such good students!

Eve got saddled with this week's event - since I already took a bunch of pictures from the Taylor-Davis household last week, I didn't bother taking pictures of all of her artwork, but she did do them.

Dormie: So, how solid is his relationship with that blue chick?
Extremely - go away.

See? Their relationship has gotten a lot better.

I didn't realize how adorable these chess faces were until this rotation.

What did you do to her, Shane?

Who knows - it obviously wasn't a big deal.

More painting, just to reassure you that I am a good little simmer!

Well, at least it wasn't Percy this time.

It was a fairly uneventful college term for these three. Eve did quite well, Remy did pretty good, and Percy struggled but still made it without bribing anyone to write his papers, so that seems like a win to me!

Remy and Percy celebrated in typical engaged couple fashion.

Percy: Well, see you later, Remy!
You're going to the same place.
Percy: My point stands!
Hmm, I'm seeing why he wanted someone else to write his papers...

Remy got a new hairstyle and moved into one of the apartments in the same complex that her father and his family lives in. Percy is just happy to be along for the ride, obviously.

Eve found a nice home in the growing residential area where Remy used to live as well as the Royal-Thatcher's new(ish at this point, I suppose) home. Shane figured that his relationship with Eve was worth pursuing and joined her.
Next up are both of Remy's parents, so plenty of blue and blond Sims!
Notes:
- Remy and Percy will be Perry III (oh god, I just realized that Percy will be Percy Perry - oops?) and Eve and Shane will be Pleasant II - no issues about last names and hyphens since Remy's parents were both Perrys and Eve technically only has one parent, at least according to the game.
