The Dasani Legacy: 2.0

Last Time: Sophia was declared heir and dropped out of college in order to return home to her parents and marry her college sweetheart, Scot. They got married and at the end of the last update, Sophia experienced Bump No. 1. You can read it here.  
 


Sophia begins her new hobby: playing on the piano. Meanwhile, her husband is speaking to her mother.
Scot: Sophia was so drunk, I thought she would never be sober again!
Um, maybe you shouldn't talk to your mother-in-law about your wife's adventures in college...

Then everyone freaked out because the trees were on fire in the backyard, thus getting Sophia off the hook. Luckily, the rain put out the fire, so everything was good.

Here's a look at Drake because...

...it's Drake's birthday! He's going to become an elder - let's hope he doesn't lose his looks.

And the only person home is a pregnant Sophia, who's currently in her underwear. Classy birthday outfit, honey.
Sophia: ♫ Happy birthday to you,
You're about to get old,
You'll be stuck aching,
and you'll soon be dead! ♫
Wow, that's really positive and happy, Sophia. </sarcasm>
Sophia: Thanks! I wrote it myself!

Drake: I feel so... old.
How unusual for someone who just grew up into an elder. </sarcasm>

Bump No. 2!

Sophia's LTW job still isn't available. I'm starting to see a pattern in these heirs and their LTW jobs...
Layla: Are you talking about me?
Yes.

Well, now that she's doing really well in her job. Promotion!

Ditto for Scot!
This family may have trouble getting jobs, but once they have it they're great!

Oh, that's nice people - leave the pregnant woman standing while you all sit. And she's your daughter/wife! Shame, people.

Drake, I know you're old but you're right in front of the toilet!
We interrupt this moment of senior failure to bring you...

...the birth of generation two!
Sophia: Mom, you never mentioned how much this hurt!
Layla: Of course not honey - you had to give birth to become heir. Lia would kill me if I told you how much it hurt and we had no heirs.
Sophia: Traitor!
Oh, get over it and get this kid out already.

Just one, not twins - thank you!

A boy, who has his dad's eyes! That puts his way ahead in the heir department. He also has both parents' skintone and his mother's hair color. Having a blond kid would be nice, but I'm just happy that it's a different eye color finally.



Aw, look at Drake being a nice grandpa!

Good thing he's being such a good grandpa, since Erick's mommy is going to be a little busy with some new arrivals...

But when she'd done being pregnant, she finally has a job to go to! Luckily it didn't take as long as it took for Layla.

Bump No. 1! And perfect timing, Drake - good to know that you can help out even more.

A so-so week?! You've dropped out of college, gotten married, had a kid, and you're pregnant for the second time! What's your definition of a good week?
Sophia: One where I give birth without pain, don't get beat up by my brother-in-law, and get a million dollars for doing next to nothing.
Hmm, that does sound like a better day...

Well, maybe your week is going to get better - your little baby boy is growing up!

Sophia: I have another original birthday song to sing...
NO. Let's just see what your son looks like.
Sophia: Fine.

Erick: I'm a big boy now!
Yes you are!

Aw! My sister thinks his eyes are creepy but I think he's cute - he has his mom's big nose, but luckily not his mom's eyes. I hope he does grow a little more into his face, but I think he's pretty adorable.

And he's about to have a new brother or sister. Bump No. 2!

Sophia: Captain, I believe I see the island on the horizon. We might make it!

Sophia: Oh no, we've hit an iceberg! We'll have to swim for it!
I ♥ Sophia!

Sadly, we don't get to see if she made it to the island alive, because it's time to see the newest addition of the second generation!

WHY?! I don't even have the fertility aspiration thing! So why I am stuck with so many twins?!

A boy, all his mom's genetics... grr
His name is Luke.

And um, this isn't actually the other twin. I took a picture but it got messed up, so this is another picture of the first twin. The second twin is exactly the same, only: he has Scot's eyes! Yay! So, just look at the picture of Erick as a baby - that's what the second twin looks like.

Here's Scot, ignoring his new sons and reading away.

Scot: Wow! Did you know that Edward is a vampire? I so didn't see that coming!
Scot, I'm ashamed of you - a Twilight fan?
Scot: Hey, I wanted to know what it was about if I have a daughter who's obsessed with it.
Hate to break it to you, Scot, but you have three sons, and I don't want a lot of kids, so you aren't going to have a daughter.
Scot: You mean I can stop reading this?
Yes.
Scot: Thank God!

And it's already time for a bunch of birthdays!

Here's lil' Luke! Cute, but the eyes sort of put him out of the running...

Layla has been promoted! Good thing - that outfit isn't a good uniform for a grandmother of 3...

Oh no, a chance card!

YES! Some good luck is with me.

And then he got promoted! The win continues.

Sophia also wins. Again, a good thing because a mother of three shouldn't wear something like that!

And Drake has now taken up the beloved hobby of playing the grand piano. Half the time there's someone playing away on that thing - but it's a lot better than my Sims being obsessed with noogies or an exercise machine, plus the music is nice!

Adorable little Erick isn't very happy with his grades.
Erick: I only got a B in Science. Why do I even need to know science? I don't need it if I'm going to be heir!
Don't count your chickens before they hatch.
Erick: What?
Never mind.

Erick: Oh, I need to look away from my brother's win.
Aw, poor Erick!
But yay Matt!

OHMIGOD SHE IS SO CUTE!
She's the girl that Erick brought home. I think her name is... OK, I forget what her name is. She can be known as Adorable Girl for now...

They go by the piano to play rock paper scissers.
AG: Ha! I won!
Erick: No, I demand a rematch!

Erick & AG: Oops, same thing!

Erick: Yes!
AG: NO! Oh, the disgrace!
These kids take their RPS seriously!

They're so cute! I think I have an idea for a spouse if Erick becomes heir...

That's end for this update. I haven't played ahead yet, but I can promise birthdays in the next update, and hopefully more of AG (maybe I'll find out her name and remember it this time!) I'm off to update the family tree now - I'm doing my best to keep it completely up-to-date!.
