Week Six: And then there were three - Winslow left for college, but before that, this family managed to gather along with extended family for baby (well, the baby of the family) Carson's birthday. Vanessa and Luna are still adorably and disgustingly in love, so the boys set out to find some love of their own. The family business also continues to very slowly but surely grow.

small event: Party! have some sort of party at your house and invite all your friends and family
big event: nothing - the week goes on like normal

The family farm is still a family job, so Carson gets to plant the new crop before school.

Some people are already thinking about the future, though. All in due time, you two.

You can tell how old these pictures are because it looks like these are from pre-pretty water mod. Carson doesn't care if the water is pretty or not, though - he just wants to catch some damn fish.

Two random dogs got into a fight. D: Can't everyone just get along?

Oh, this dog looks so sad to lose.

I need something happier to distract me.

Young love works.
Things are obviously going well with Darcy Wills.

It's always nice when children come back and visit their parents and childhood homes. That's my good little Grant.

Carson was a little too distracted by Darcy to notice his oldest brother, though.

Now they're having some bonding time.

Grant: Man, do you remember when Uncle Jesse was trying to be cool and smustle at your birthday party? That was so hilarious!

Ah, memories.

I know I say this basically every update, but they keep proving it: these two are just as in love as they were when they got married all the way back in Week One.

And Vanessa apparently thinks she still has all the time in the world to finally get a job. It might be a tad late to become a great oceanographer, my dear, dear Vanessa.

He might be a little pimple-y, but Carson still thinks he looks pretty damn good.

First Grant, now Lena has come to visit. Hello, and I like your outfit - very bright and polka dot-y!

She does a little catching up with Luna, but they obviously need a bigger living room area so that she doesn't have to squeeze into the stools.

So close to bonding with his sister before he was once again distracted by his reflection.

He always manages to remember he has siblings eventually, though - he's still the baby who likes attention from his brothers and sisters.

Random interlude to notice that this Maxis outfit apparently comes with nail polish - interesting.

I don't think I even showed every time that Carson managed to obsess over his looks.
And you better hope your moms are clothed up that cover right there, otherwise you might get a bit of a shock when they finally get up.

We made our weekly trip to the family Davis Foods & Goods. We obviously don't come here enough - Luna is still abismal at working the register and Ashton Mason does not appreciate it. I would worry about him getting revenge, but since he already loves stealing newspapers from people he has no problem with, he might steal their paper even if Luna were totally competent.

Vanessa is a little better at her job, although that might be because she's currently selling to her eldest.

We're making some slow progress - congrats, Luna!

MORE APPLAUSE!

I think Vanessa is so good at her job because she has plenty of children to come and buy from their store.

Hello, Haven, long time no see! We'll get to you in a couple of updates!

Luna and Vanessa came home to someone already in their bed.

Alvin Reeves must have stopped by to see some people who look like him - maybe he's a long-lost relative?

We're finally doing the ROS event - party time!
We're celebrating the beautiful and long marriage of Vanessa and Luna, so obviously that means FAMILY.

Angie, you are only invited to this party because you're in a relationship with Haven, who is RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU!

Carson: Haha, he's just so terrible at dancing!
Jesse: *doesn't care, having too much fun*

This was basically the whole party - all in all, a pretty good time.

And of course, these two are happier than ever, whether they're dancing at a party or just hanging out on the couch - also, everyone, avoid the couch.

Once again, not much happened in the Lynch-Davis family this week, but now that he's done with school, Winslow has moved back home, and Carson is just a day or two away from growing up, so expect the Lynch-Davis family to finally start growing again!

Notes:
- Winslow is closer to Luna, so he's going to officially be a Lynch.
- Since Carson was so close to adulthood, he's going to forgo college and just become an adult with all the fun adult stuff.
- I have plans for Vanessa and Luna because I just can't bear to say goodbye to them.
